When is payment due?

Full payment is required 45 days prior to your scheduled service. For wedding packages, the remaining balance is due 60 days prior. Deposits are required to guarantee vehicle availability.

How do I book a ride?

You can book our services by filling out the online booking form on our website or emailing sales@apextourtravel.com. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a reservation confirmation with all details.

Are deposits refundable?

No, all deposits and payments are non-refundable, except in cases of mechanical failure or other valid reasons at the discretion of Apex Tour Travel.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Cancellations or modifications must be submitted via email only to sales@apextourtravel.com. Requests are accepted up to 2 weeks before the ride date or within 2 days for short-term bookings under 2 weeks.

What happens if I am unhappy with the vehicle?

If the vehicle does not meet your expectations, you may return it and notify us immediately. A refund minus the deposit may be issued only if the vehicle is returned and service was not consumed.

Can I smoke or consume alcohol in the vehicle?

All vehicles are non-smoking. Smoking inside results in a $125 charge and possible termination of service without refund. Alcohol consumption is not allowed in the presence of minors.

What if I damage the vehicle?

The client and their guests are responsible for any damages. Apex Tour Travel reserves the right to charge for cleaning, repairs, or any additional fees, including legal costs for unpaid charges.

Do you provide shuttles for corporate or large groups?

Yes, we offer corporate events, school trips, sports teams, and special group shuttles, customized according to your schedule and requirements.

Are vehicles available for airport transfers?

Absolutely. We provide airport shuttle services, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs for domestic and international flights.

What if the vehicle breaks down or there is a mechanical issue?

Apex Tour Travel reserves the right to substitute vehicles in case of mechanical failure. We strive to minimize disruptions and ensure service continues smoothly.

Do you offer custom travel packages?

Yes, we provide tailor-made solutions for any special events or unique travel needs, including celebrations, vacations, and private tours.

Are drivers trained and insured?

Yes, all drivers are professionally trained, experienced, and insured. Safety, punctuality, and excellent service are our top priorities.
